The work reflects on the Covid-19 global pandemic and its effect on the individual as well as the global environment. The piece reflects on the amplification of the stress levels and the importance of healing.

Based on the research for healing processes in nature, the piece examines the regrowth and re-texturization of the skin during the process of healing.
The work also becomes a visual critique for putting a patch over a wound as a means of dealing with trauma.

The transformation, necessary for the altered visual structure of the material as well as the mental states required to move on, is linked to the moving skin. The photographs were acquired through the sites of public domain photography as means to connect with the global community over the subject matter.

The soundtrack uses breathing sounds and healing frequency of 528Hz, which has been linked to positive effects of the healing process.
