Smoothing Over
A work a two parts: a digital video and a live performance in response to the 2019 Toronto Art Biennial. Live performance took place at Toronto Art Biennial as part of the Read me, Love me, Leave me explores alternative modes of reading through collaboration. The work reflects on nature’s ability to heal and transcend, subsequently providing a safe space for reconciliation in the context of the past and contemporary issues.
